Different Strokes has contacted us to let us know that our suit, zebra haze in orange, has some sizes that are on backorder at Speedo until Sept 9th. (The backorder on suits not only affects our team, but 15 others as well, including Stevenson.) The backorder affects those of you who ordered sizes 26-28-30 suits. All other sizes have come in. Instead of changing our suit altogether, we are going to stick with the suit we ordered. (For those of you who may not have their suit by the first couple of meets, you are encouraged to wear last years black suit with the N on the chest.)
Different Strokes does have sizes that you may want to change into to get your suit sooner. (sizes 26 and 28 come in a youth size- same length on the suit, just cut a little tighter.) To compensate those who may want to change their size, we will be having a suit fitting for those of you who ordered size 26, 28, or 30's at Rachel Jurczyszyn's house 17252 Summit Dr on Wed Aug 11th from 5-8 pm. Mrs. J can size you and help you decide whether to go with your current size, or go in a different size. She will have a list available of those of you who ordered and will send Mrs. Hilmer an updated list with size. Please see the list below. If your name is on it, we strongly encourage you to get to the suit fitting on the 11th to make sure the size you ordered is right for you.
Another thing to remember; because we ordered Speedo suits, our team qualifies for promo pricing on elite racing suits (LZR pro's, LZR Elites, FSII's and Aquablades). Those of you who are looking to go to MISCA, conference championships, or states, may want to take advantage of the savings on these suits closer to the end of the season.
